MES was established in 1956 with a vision to provide higher education opportunities to the rural and tribal population of Malvan. Over the past five decades, MES has made significant strides in achieving this goal, offering a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in various disciplines.

MES has been instrumental in transforming the lives of thousands of students in and around Malvan. Through its dedicated efforts, more than 3500 students are currently enrolled in the various institutes and colleges run by MES.
By providing access to education, MES has opened doors of opportunity for these students, enabling them to pursue their dreams and build successful careers. Many of these students have gone on to become professionals in their respective fields, contributing to the development of their communities and society at large.
