Eligibility Criteria
School Admissions:
- Admissions for primary and secondary education are open to all students meeting the required age and academic criteria.
- A birth certificate and previous school records are mandatory for admission.
Higher Secondary Admissions:
- Students must have successfully completed their secondary education (Class 10) from a recognized board.
- Admission is based on merit and availability of seats in the selected stream (Science, Commerce, Arts).
Undergraduate Admissions:
- Candidates must have passed Class 12 from a recognized board with the required percentage for the chosen program.
- Selection is based on merit, entrance tests (if applicable), and interviews.
- Certain programs may have additional eligibility criteria as per university guidelines.
Postgraduate Admissions:
- Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution in a relevant field.
- Admissions may require entrance exams, personal interviews, or other criteria set by the university.
Admission Process
Application Submission:
- Applicants must fill out the prescribed admission form available online or at the institute’s admission office.
- Required documents must be submitted along with the application form.
Screening & Selection:
- Applications are reviewed based on academic performance, entrance exam results (if applicable), and other selection criteria.
- Shortlisted candidates may be called for an interview or counseling session.
Fee Payment & Enrollment:
- Selected candidates must complete the admission process by paying the required fees within the stipulated time.
- Admission is confirmed only upon successful verification of documents and fee payment.
Reservation & Scholarships
- Malvan Education Society follows the government’s reservation policies for SC/ST/OBC and economically weaker sections.
- Scholarships and financial aid are available for meritorious and deserving students based on academic performance and financial need.
Important Documents Required
- Birth Certificate (for school admissions)
- Mark Sheets & Passing Certificates (as per eligibility criteria)
- Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous institution
- Passport-sized photographs
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Income Certificate (for scholarship applicants)
- Aadhar Card or any government-issued ID proof
